AI for Drug Delivery

Traditional drug delivery optimization relies on intuition and trial-and-error. We use deep learning to screen millions of candidate molecules in silico, dramatically accelerating the discovery process. Our LiON framework (Lipid Optimization using Neural Networks) uses graph neural networks to predict nanoparticle performance from molecular structure.

Lipid Nanoparticle Screening

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are the leading delivery platform for mRNA therapeutics, but further development is hampered by poor ability to evaluate new LNPs. We design high-throughput LNP synthesis and screening platforms to develop LNPs at scale in systems that predict delivery in the clinic.


Pulmonary Gene Therapy

Lung disease is one of the leading causes of death worldwide. However, gene therapy in the lung remains an unsolved problem. We develop LNP formulations and RNA cargoes specifically optimized to treat devastating pulmonary diseases.
