Welcome Shashi Singh to the Lab

We are excited to welcome Dr. Shashi Singh to the Witten Lab as a postdoctoral researcher. Shashi’s research will develop scalable platforms for targeted RNA delivery and gene editing by combining nanoparticle engineering with high-throughput screening. He earned his PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University and was previously a postdoctoral fellow with Dr. Joseph Luna at Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland Clinic.

Lab Opening at Case Western Reserve University

The Witten Lab officially opens at Case Western Reserve University in the Department of Genetics & Genome Sciences. We are excited to begin building our research program at the intersection of artificial intelligence and gene therapy.

Our lab focuses on developing AI-driven approaches to design lipid nanoparticles for treating lung diseases. We combine computational methods with experimental validation to accelerate the development of next-generation gene therapies.
